Please let me know via text as soon as you can, and please drive safe, don't text and drive. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment start time, I may need to cancel the service or, at my discretion, carry out what we can in the time remaining. If you're a mum of children under 10, let me know when you book. I know how hectic getting out the door can be and I do my best to avoid back-to-back appointments so nothing gets cut short for you.
Yes. If something comes up on my end, I'll notify you in writing and provide a full refund of any amounts you've paid for that service, although in 5 years of business, this has never happened yet.
Appointments can be booked online with at least 24 hours' notice and up to 3 months in advance.
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, paid by credit or debit card. The remaining balance is charged following your appointment.
Payments are made by credit or debit card via Stripe-supported platforms, or by a previously agreed arrangement.

Here's what applies depending on your timing: - 72 hours or more before your appointment: I'll do my best to reschedule you and transfer your deposit to the new booking. No refund of the deposit is available. - Within 72 hours of your appointment: The full price of the service is charged. No refund is available. - No-show: The full price of the service is charged. No refund is available. I'm human and I do my best to be accommodating where I can, but the earlier you reach out, the more options we have.
I'm a solopreneur and all services are by appointment only. 72 hours gives me a chance to reach out to clients on my waitlist to try to fill the gap left by a cancellation.
Life happens. Please give me at least 72 hours' notice to reschedule. You can reschedule up to 2 times, after which the booking will be cancelled with no refund of the deposit. Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability. If you need to reschedule because you can't find childcare but your child is well, send me a text and I'll see how I can help. I know how hard it is as a mum to carve out time for yourself.
If I need to move your appointment to another date and that date doesn't work for you, you can cancel in writing and I'll provide a full refund of any amounts paid. If you accept the new date, no refund applies.

Confidence coaching is forward-focused. We're not diagnosing or unpacking your past for the sake of it, we're looking at where you are right now, what's in the way, and what needs to shift for you to move forward feeling more like yourself. I'm not a therapist and I don't work as one. What I do is blend somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and practical coaching tools to help you reconnect with who you actually are underneath the performance and the pressure.
Not at all. Most of the women I work with are functioning well from the outside. They're however exhausted by how much energy it takes to keep up with a version of themselves that doesn't quite fit anymore. You don't need to be falling apart to deserve support.
It depends on where you are and what's alive for you. Some sessions are conversational. Some include somatic or breath-based elements. Some involve practical tools you can take away and use the same day. I always follow what's most useful for you, not a fixed script.
None at all. I'll guide you through everything. All you need to do is show up.
Both. In-person sessions take place at The Cocoon in Hurdon, New Plymouth. Online sessions are available via video call.
Once you book, you'll receive a confirmation with everything you need to prepare, including the video call link. Sessions run the same way as in-person coaching sessions, the only difference is you're in your own space, which a lot of clients actually find easier. For the makeup sessions, we meet at least twice, so that you can have ordered the products and then I visually guide you through it. For skin analysis, you send me photos prior to your session so that I can conduct a skin analysis based on your photos.
No. Just a reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a space where you feel comfortable and won't be interrupted.
It happens sometimes. If we lose connection, I'll reach out via text or email immediately and we'll either reconnect or arrange a time to pick up where we left off.
Only group sessions where a replay was promised will be recorded. Where sessions are recorded, I'll share a link to the recording via a website-based platform. I do my best to keep recordings available for an extended period, but I can't guarantee availability indefinitely, as recordings may be removed by the platform or by me at any time. Please also note that online recordings are not private or secure, and by participating you acknowledge that recordings may potentially be accessed by third parties.
