Imposter Syndrome, Shut the F*ck Up

Make the voice that says you're not enough shut up

The imposter syndrome can be loud, and it gets loudest exactly when you need your confidence most — before the pitch, the promotion, the post, the conversation you've been putting off. And if you menstruate, it has the audacity to sync up with your cycle and make the worst weeks even harder. That voice that tells you you don't deserve it, you're not qualified enough, you just got lucky, and it's only a matter of time before everyone figures it out? This is how you make it shut up.

What this is

Aren't you sooo over people telling you it's a "mindset" problem? Yeah, me too. I designed this so that it gives you the actual frameworks, tools, and understanding to know why the doubt creeps in and what to do when it does.

We go into the science of confidence, how your hormonal cycle shapes it, how childhood conditioning built the hesitation you might be apologising for, and how transgressive self-love is, genuinely, the most radical act available to you right now. But most importantly, it has practical exercises for you to use, including a "gloom day" exercise for when all you can hear is your imposter syndrome.

Key benefits

  • Understand why your confidence fluctuates across your cycle, and how to work with it instead of fighting it
  • Learn the difference between imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs, and why that distinction is impactful
  • Practical tools you can use on the hard days
  • A fillable cycle-tracking journal to start recognising your own patterns

What's inside

  1. Part 1 — Let's define confidence

Because confidence isn't something you have or don't have. It's dynamic, cyclical, and deeply tied to your body. We start here so everything else makes sense and can be guilt-free.

  2. Part 2 — Imposter syndrome

What it actually is, how it differs from limiting beliefs, and why it tends to hit women harder and in waves — including communication frameworks that reframe the hesitation you might have thought was a personality flaw.

  3. Part 3 — Overcoming it, in practice

The tools: practical printable guide sheets to support you.

A woman looking calm and self-assured in soft natural light.

Frequently asked questions

Is every session with Amélie?

Yes. I work alone, so any service you book through me will be with me personally.

Are prices GST included?

Yes, prices are GST included, unless otherwise specified.

What happens if I arrive more than 15 minutes late?

Please let me know via text as soon as you can, and please drive safe, don't text and drive. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment start time, I may need to cancel the service or, at my discretion, carry out what we can in the time remaining. If you're a mum of children under 10, let me know when you book. I know how hectic getting out the door can be and I do my best to avoid back-to-back appointments so nothing gets cut short for you.

Can Amélie cancel my appointment?

Yes. If something comes up on my end, I'll notify you in writing and provide a full refund of any amounts you've paid for that service, although in 5 years of business, this has never happened yet.

How do I book?

Appointments can be booked online with at least 24 hours' notice and up to 3 months in advance.

Is a deposit required to secure my booking?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, paid by credit or debit card. The remaining balance is charged following your appointment.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are made by credit or debit card via Stripe-supported platforms, or by a previously agreed arrangement.

Is my deposit refundable?

No. The 50% deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.

I need to cancel my appointment. What do I do?

Please contact me as soon as possible. Here's what applies depending on your timing: - 72 hours or more before your appointment: I'll do my best to reschedule you and transfer your deposit to the new booking. No refund of the deposit is available. - Within 72 hours of your appointment: The full price of the service is charged. No refund is available. - No-show: The full price of the service is charged. No refund is available. I'm human and I do my best to be accommodating where I can, but the earlier you reach out, the more options we have.

Why is the cancellation window 72 hours?

I'm a solopreneur and all services are by appointment only. 72 hours gives me a chance to reach out to clients on my waitlist to try to fill the gap left by a cancellation.

I need to reschedule. What do I do?

Life happens. Please give me at least 72 hours' notice to reschedule. You can reschedule up to 2 times, after which the booking will be cancelled with no refund of the deposit. Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability. If you need to reschedule because you can't find childcare but your child is well, send me a text and I'll see how I can help. I know how hard it is as a mum to carve out time for yourself.

What if Amélie needs to reschedule?

If I need to move your appointment to another date and that date doesn't work for you, you can cancel in writing and I'll provide a full refund of any amounts paid. If you accept the new date, no refund applies.
